"Summertime Daze" is a stage play presented by Our Theatre in 2013, inspired by Shakespeare's comedy "A Midsummer Night's Dream." It incorporates southern Taiwan's folk culture, depicts two deities arguing incessantly and sending their minions to meddle in human affairs. They not only disrupt the red threads of the four main characters but also create chaos in the temple opera, acting out their frustrations after failing to win over the male protagonist. How should youth be spent? How should life be lived? Perhaps it's all just a game, just a dream.

The theater's themes of fatalism and divine manipulation of desires, along with the protagonists' intertwined relationships, are metaphorically represented by tangled red threads. These are combined with elements of Taiwanese folk beliefs — talisman symbols, integrated with the red threads surrounding the characters. For the logotype, the design draws inspiration from the large lantern and "執事牌" commonly found in temples, modifying them to feature extremely wide proportions and a modern sans-serif style.
